The Challenge: Be active and get healthy at home

You might think you need fancy equipment to work out. The truth is, you can be active and get healthy right in your home. Look around. I challenge you to exercise for 60 minutes a day.

Here’s How You Do It:

-Climb stairs
-Use a chair for bench dips
-Use a wall for squats
-Make your own weights out of soup cans
-Help around the house – sweep the floor or dry the dishes

You can even time yourself and see how fast you can clean your room!

Keep Track of Your Progress:

Use the calendar (Download the challenge tracker) to keep track of your exercises. Add all of your time up at the end of the month and go to to report your total.

Set a goal, track your progress, and most importatnly, have fun!

Do not push yourself too much. If you experience any pain or discomfort, stop or slow down to avoid injury.
